Showers/changing areas near hotel pools?

DH, DD and I have a night booked at RPR next August to make use of the express pass and early entry. Our plan is to arrive about 7.30 am the first morning, check in and head to US then have a break in the middle of the day to have a swim in the RPR pool and back to US for the evening. Then the following day check out, do WWOHP early entry, and then try out the HRH pool in the afternoon and back to the parks in the evening before heading back to our villa that evening.

Now my questions...

Are there changing areas and showers next to the pool areas at RPR and HRH? The first day isn't too much of an issue but the second day we'll have checked out so won't have a room to return to to shower and change.

Will we be able to access the HRH pool the second day if we've already 'checked out'?
