Shower curtain - waterproof paint?

We are in need of a new shower curtain so I thought I would make a Mickey one to match the color scheme in our bathroom. I was thinking of buying a plain white curtain and then stamping it with Mickey heads in different color paints. But what kind of paint do you recommend for this project? It would have to be water proof since it's the shower curtain. Anyone ever done this before? Any recommendations? Thanks for your help.

Fabric paint is going to be your best bet. When they are set they are waterproof since they can be washed.

I'm going by my limited knowledge of fabric paint from working at Michaels'.

You could ask the people in the Creative DISigns forum, they work with fabric all the time.

I think fabric paint would work well. Another idea is to buy material and cut out Mickey heads. Put wonder under on them and iron them on the curtain... Just a thought.

I did my bathroom in Mickey. I also cut out Mickey heads out of vinyl. Then used those to outline the Mickey head on my wall turned out great.
