Our Disney decs are going up on the 1st,Can't wait as we bought loads more on our trip this year. We decided that if it aint Disney then it aint going up!

Hoping to get ours up mid week next week. Would have put ours up this coming weekend usually, but I am off to Amsterdam and DH would not even attempt to put them up without me - I am the master decorator.

Have told him he can wash all the windows (inside only - window cleaner takes care of outside) and give every nook and cranny a thorough hoovering in preparation. This is just to give him something to do so he won't miss me too much you understand.

I will take piccies when the deccies are up, but I have never posted a pic on the Dis before so can't promise I will actually get it onto the thread, but I will give it a go.

Great decorations! I dont think we are going to put a tree up this year, as we will be away for Christmas ( IN WDW!!! ) it doesnt feel worth it.

we have built the tree today and were meant to be putting up the out door lights, but then chris got side tracked into fixing his landrover and now its too dark so I arnt happy

Jen - we took a tree with us when we went for xmas! - Just a little one from the cheapy poundland type store and a few bits of tinsel and cheap little plastic baubles - we stood it on the table in the window in the hotel room and everyone used to comment as they went past.

We gave it to housekeeping when we left and she loved it! - she attached it to her cart that she pushes round with all her cleaning products on it
