DCA (not necessarily in this order -- there really isn't a need for a specific itinerary at this park, but these will appeal to your youngin):
Monsters, Inc.
Animation Studio (Turtle Talk w/Crush, Ursula's Lair, Beast's Library)
Drawn to the Magic show in Hollywood Backlot (can meet 3 characters there)
Playhouse Disney
Redwood Creek Challenge Trail (Brother Bear Show)
Bug's Land rides and water fun (bring suit to get wet)
-avoid Bug's Life 3-D -- SCARY!
King Triton's Carousel
Golden Zephyr
Not sure how tall your dd is, but if she measures up:
Jumpin Jellyfish
Soarin
DLR: It is much more important to keep a schedule at this park
Peter Pan first (ALWAYS first)
Dumbo
Alice
Matterhorn
Teacups
Toad
(other FL rides in whatever order you want)
Once you're done with FL, other rides I'd recommend for her (not necessarily in this order):
Buzz Lightyear Astroblasters
Autopia (can't drive by herself, but can sit in front of the steering wheel, and you will push on the pedal for her)
If she likes Stitch, she can talk to him on his videophone in Innoventions. Top level.
Toontown (there may be a good time for this, but not sure when it would be since I believe TTMM happens that morning)
Princess Fantasy Faire if you have a princess freak. The line for greets will be horrible unless you get there right at opening (usually an hour after general park opening). Check the schedule for coronations and storytelling. These are both fun.
Tiki Room
Aladdin & Jasmine's Storytime Adventures (CUTE!!!)
Jungle Cruise
Tarzan's Treehouse
Pirates
Haunted Mansion
Pooh (catch Pooh, Tiger and Eeyore outside after the ride for a meet/greet)
Pirates Lair / TSI
I'm probably forgetting something important -- I'm on allergy meds and kinda loopy. Let me know if you need clarification on anything.
