easy pom poms, two donut shaped cardboard pieces, the same size. Wrap floss, yarn, fiber around and around (inside/outside/inside/outside of the donut). The more you use, the fluffier the pompom. After that is done, take very sharp scissors and cut the fiber inbetween the two circles. Take another piece of fiber and tie in the middle of the circles. Take off circles and fluff. pom poms.

I knew there was somethign I forgot yesterday at Ms......red DMC thread for POM POMs....daggone it. So I guess we won't have pom poms.

I can not leave this house today. I have too much to do. The last few days have been absolutely crazy. You know in this society, if you work and try to provide for your household and have private insuranceyou really get penalized. Anyway, that is a hole other story.....OT - y'all please pray for me and my son....so much is falling apart so fast but at the same time yet I have so much to be thankful for.

My QK dies still are not there for my basketball uniform and basketball.

But, for HSM, I did something I think is really cut....I used Mini Monograms and red candy crusted cardstock and cut out the letters to spell out High School Musical and with all the little holes popped out, it kinda' looks like the title. I am not mounting the title letters on anything because I think it will be better for folks to mount them on their respective pages to fill in areas. I will probably end up making some deco squares.

I am going to print a title for Stars and Motor cars for that spot. I am going crazy with die cut letter at this point.

The Pocahontas paper dolls are so cute....I hope y'all like them. I only have to clue the letters done on the title for that spot. I found some really cute feather trim in the sewing department at WalMart that I used on it.

Philharmagic - I have made a Sorcerer Mickey using a Mickey from the Mickey and Friends cart with a gown that I altered from Paper Dolls and the sorcerer hat to match. I am happy with it turned out. I have to finish gluing the other 3 together. For the title, I used the same color bling from the hat and gown to cut out the letters and shadow them. Agai, Ithink these are better suited to be used directly on the page. I altered a paperclip with a M in the same paper to go with it too.

I really wanted to get this out in the mail tomorrow but looks like it won't be. Thank goodness there is time left.

P.S. I just remembered that I ordered the new die from QK that is the 3D glasses and that is not here yet. I am going to make something to throw that in as well.

I had to go to Ms yesterday to get a pack of spiral clips. Had to pay FULL price because I was one clip short of being able to finish a group. Not that the 3.99 was a hardship but I take great pleasure in signing for coupons but there wasn't one here last week.

I noticed after I was done that license plate wasn't an element, and of course I've done license plates for all three groups - hope this is ok (they're very cute I swear!). I used the same guidelines as other swaps with them.

I won't have them mailed for at least a week - will send with zoo when I have other things to mail too so I make one trip to the post office.

I don't mind when swappers go outside the guidelines.. sometimes creativity hits..and you have to go with it!!!

I sit in my room with my laptop on my lap (or worse, laying down with it resting on my stomach) and read the dis......while DH is trying to watch some tv show I don't get...or while I'm watching something.

It's instead of reading books I say....everyone thinks I'm a little nutty
