Undiscovered Walt Disney World

Beyond the theme parks, restaurants and souvenirs, discover what Walt Disney World offers off the beaten path. Visit unknown sites, untried attractions, see the resort from a bird's eye view, and find out why Mickey is hiding.

I thought this could be fun to watch. Check your listings for it. It is on the Travel channel. This Friday at 8:00 PM EST and then repeated at 11:00 PM EST

I already have my Tivo set. This looks very exciting

Another show to lookout for is on Oct 8 on the History channel at 8:00 P.M. called "Failure is Not An Option". It is hosted by astronaut Jim Lovell. And how do I know this? Some of it was taped at Mission Space and my son, the lifeguard, was used as an extra. He said that at one point he was walking immediately behind Jim Lovell when they were taping, so we are hoping to catch a glimpse of him on t.v.

Thansk. I've marked on my Palm. Doesn't soudn liek one I've seen before hopefully. Is this a new show?

The travel channel is saying it is an all new show. I hope so , I've seen the other ones a couple of times a piece. Of course that doesn't keep me from sitting there and watching them again every, time they come on!!

My TiVo automatically records anything with the words Walt Disney World or Disneyland in the title or description. LOL!!

DH thinks this is a sign of serious problems. I disagree!

Anyone know what channel the travel channel is in the NJ/NY metropolitan area? Every time I want to watch one of these shows, I can't seem to find it. Does it exist in this area? I have comcast television and have all channels, but don't have a clue if it's there.

The Star Ledger has the channel listings as well as their TV guide. I also think the Daily News should have it

If you have comcast cable and you live near Piscataway, NJ the channel is 63. I hope this helps:bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Looks like great shows. I also liked "From the Earth to the Moon".

I wonder how many DVCers have Tivo's? I bet there is a pretty good correlation.

At any rate, I leave for Disney this coming Saturday, so gotta pack. Hope there isn't too much rain.

We're staying 1 Bedroom BCV, and hubby's parents are at OKW (They're also DVC members). Everyone's got their favorites.

During the Holidays, some families fight over politics or whatever, we fight over home resorts. LOL

Buzzlight, I'll try it and see if I can get it in. We are about 40 minutes from Piscataway. Thanks!

I used to have a web site bookmarked that ran down all the Disney World shows about to appear. Does anyone have the address for that site?

My TiVo is all set to record it. I can't wait! I LOVE shows about WDW! ::MickeyMo

Thanks for the reminder. I'm going to go set up a reminder on my t.v. right now :D .

Thanks for posting this! I can't wait to see it.
