I got this for mother's day this year. It's my son and husband's names in the pixie dust. It's over my heart (well up a bit anyway for obvious reasons!)

I got mine last fall, during a rough time (divorce). A friend got me a tattoo for my birthday and divorce.. Its a beach scene on the top of my right foot, I use it as a meditation device. I would like to get another one on my other foot, got some interesting ideas from others on this thread! thanks

Wow! Escher, correct? My son's a big mc escher fan. How long did it take for the artist to complete that?

Yep, MC Escher. It took about 7.5 hours over 2 sessions. I hope to someday make my entire leg an Escher "sleeve". About a year ago while I was on vacation in Portland, OR we saw an Escher exhibit at a museum and I discovered so many excellent Escher pieces I had never seen before. Simply amazing stuff.
