I just got one last week.....it is the MS ribbon (orange) and in the opening of the ribbon are Mickey ears. This is a part of me (Mickey) and my Hubby (MS). It was only $40.00!!

I have a garter belt of the moon and stars on my thigh. It is hidden so no one sees it. It is something I had done for me and me alone. The moon and stars have special meaning to me and that is why I chose what I did.

I have no pictures available at this time, but on my right leg, about an inch above my ankle, I have an Egyptian Eye of Horus. On my left leg, in the same spot, I have the symbol from Duran Duran's New Moon on Monday video, and above that, a tribal-ish sun, for "(Reach Up for the) Sunrise."

I'm champing at the bit for my next tattoo...I want to get "nevermore..." on my right arm, done in a 19th-century-looking handwriting.

I've been trying to figure out what I want and I finally decided.

I'm going to get 4 of Frogman (Tim Cotterill) style frogs holding hands (?) around my ankle. 4 different colors, one for each of my boys.

If you're not familiar with The Frogman he has some beautiful frogs on display at the Wyland Gallery at the Boardwalk. Here's some sampling of his work;

Different strokes I guess, I don't get why anyone would want a tattoo.
My daughter was all set to get one....until one friend hot Hepatitis from unclear equipment, and another got a really nasty infection.

I had read somewhere that sailors used to tattoo stars on their feet to help guide them home... when I got this I felt my life really needed some direction so there ya go!

My mom married my stepdad when I was two, and they wanted me to be part of the wedding. When they exchanged rings, my stepdad gave me a gold heart necklace, and they actually used the charm from the necklace for the outline of this heart... so it isn't just some random girly heart

Hard to see the colors but it's blue and purple/pink. Very pretty!! I plan to get the side view of a dolphin on my ankle once swimming weather is gone!

My one and only tat

The angel is in memory of my angel baby, Christopher. I had that done about 9 years ago. Once I had Cody and Shane I had the 2 small butterflies added, one for each of my earth angels.

I don't have any pics to post but I have a couple. My 1st ever tat I got when I was 16, it's a cherub about 5 inches on my left shoulder blade in remembrance of my brother. The next 1 I got was when I was 18 it's the Scorcerer Mickey on the outside of my right ankle. And I am working on a piece now, I'm 28 and it's been an on going process of about a year, on my back I have a beech tree going up my spine (there's a hidden Mickey in it) and sitting on branches on each side of the tree are 2 Amy Brown fairies about 8 inches long. Eventually there will be more smaller fairies, some insects and animals, flowers and mushrooms, hills and a pond covering my whole back. Or something like that anyway, I kind of let my artist guide my decision making on the design. He is extremely talented and I completely trust him!
