Picasa - it has a couple of nice features- and like I said - it's free!

I have the Windows XP Winter Fun Pack installed which has a wallpaper changer. Mine is set for changes every 15 minutes, and it just cycles through all the pics in the folder. Currently up is one taken from our balcony at the Animal Kingdom Lodge:

Here is mine from our laptop. I hardly ever use it and forgot what I had up until yesterday.

The images are from five years ago when my DW and I had a chance to take our 11 mo. old DD alone without her sisters. Sorry, but I had to edit out our names on the Epcot Legacy plate. My DW and I worry to much about the weirdos of the world to give info on the kids.
