We changed our door on Pirate night. Here are the before and after views.

Thanks! I saw one once on here (can't remember which thread it was) that had the Soup Nazi (from Seinfeld) on it that read "No pool chair for you!"

First, I want to thank millipie and jordak (I hope I didn't miss anyone) for their shared designs!!

Some of the magnets I created myself, like this one:

The mickey pirate hat was the first one I'd created, hence the tip missing, LOL! Once I got the hang of it, it was so fun! We also got magnets as FE gifts (which I am going to do for our recipients next time). I forgot to take a pic with ALL the magnets on the door after the cruise was over. It was a lot of fun making the magnets and decorating our door and makes it easier to pick your room out in the long hallways!!

As you can see, I added a dry erase board so people could leave messages, but I think next time I will do that but additional sticky notes so I won't feel the guilt of erasing people's messages again. (I did take pics of that too though.)

The magnet I made with the "You are here" I printed out a separate pic of the Magic and miniaturized it. I stuck a magnet on the back of it and used it to 'mark' on the map where the boat was. Others caught on and would make sure the Magic was in its proper place on the map if we were on an 'at sea' day.

i love the "you are here" one, LOL

I am getting so many ideas! I think I could change it everyday! LOL I love the Goofy pirate hat. I don't think I will have enough room in my suitcase - plus know I have to go out and buy more magnets! I keep seeing things I want to add! Like the name tags too.

Do you all get the pictures online? I've found the pictures I download aren't as sharp and they're pixelated(word?) Do you just look for pics that are already large enough so they don't distort?

And how do you get them printed? I gave some ink jet magnet paper but they don't come out as good as those look? Or do you print on photo paper and stick magnets on them?

I look for better quality pictures ( higher resolution, pixels?) in google with advanced option. If they aren't perfect that's ok with me, I am not a perfectionist. Also maybe if you print them smaller the quality gets better.

Kittb - I just print mine on regular paper and add magnets. I've heard that the magnetic paper isn't too good.
