Show me extinct attractions

Let's see how many different extinct attractions we can dig up pictures from. Any attraction that has been closed or significantly altered can be used. For example, Mr Toad's Wild Ride from Walt Disney World. However, a picture of the DLR Mr Toad will NOT count as a picture of the extinct WDW version of the attraction. Neither would the WDW Swiss Family Treehouse be considered a representation of the DLR treehouse which was rethemed to Tarzan.

We may have to break out the scanners for some of these pics, but it should be a fun walk down memory lane.
