I don't often call MS, but had to twice in the past month. Gotta say, the ladies I spoke to were both extremely helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable, and kind!! Disney Magic is alive and well at MS from what I can see

I would agree with you, it has been very rare to get a cm who isn't friendly or helpful.

Most of the negativity I see is mostly about Disney management not having a posted policy more so than anything.

Probably talked to the MS maybe 6 or 7 times since the start of July and its always been great. Times are way more under control as of late for waits as well.
