Loved it!

But if everyone adopted this philosophy, DVD wouldn't make as much money & resale prices would be higher because the supply of resale contracts would be less! Maybe we shouldn't promote this idea?

And you wouldn't have owners backing out of selling a contract when they find out they won't make enough to pay off the contract plus pay the commission on the sale.

Turns out it IS true . Please, don't buy DVC, until your NEEDS (house, cars, children's education) are met .

It's a terrible thing to own DVC - and not be able to cover a water heater .
