Should we join DC ?

We are going to Disney World in the fall of 2003 and then going on the DCL after. I was planning on joining the DC so we could get the discount on our room. We do have AAA and I have heard the discounts are the same. Now that there is no discount for park passes, are there any other reasons we should join DC or should we just book a AAA discount?

Rumor has it that the DC is going to be discontinued after 12-31-02.

DC is going to be discontinued after 12-21-03. I think that is a very hard decision on whether to take advantage of this program in its waning months. You CAN get the same discounts on rooms at WDW with AAA (subject to availability, of course! ). I am NOT sure if DC helps or if AAA CAN help with the DCL. Perhaps you could ask on the Cruise Board.
