DH, me, DS (almost 3) and DD (7) went Thanksgiving weekend 2001. DS has not grown much and would not be able to ride anything that he didn't ride before only 37" at last Doctor's visit. Should we save our money for a LONGER and BETTER trip when he is tall enough of still go in September? If we go in September it will only be 3 nights. but if we save our money we could probally stay longer on our next trip.

That's a tough decision, I would probably want to go but that's cause I can't wait to get there again but I do understand your dilemma. You were just there in November so you have seen all of the 100th Anniversary stuff already I'm assuming. I don't know, that's difficult to decide. The idea that you could spend longer next time would be a big plus. The more time the better.
I don't think I helped any but I wish you luck - I'm sure you'll do what's best for you and your family.

As hard as it will be, I think I would wait. Three nights is a very short trip with kids that young. I would save and plan for a longer trip a little latter.
