Should we even bother

A few weeks ago, my DH got our Loews first card (blue) out of his wallet and the number had completely worn off. When we stayed at HRH last year, I can't remember if they even entered our # into the computer. We booked that stay through Hotel Kingdom. I know that he presented them with the card, but we didn't get any special amenities. This year we booked RPR using the Ent. card, and I'm wondering if we should even bother with the Loews card. It is too late to get the card replaced, as we leave Wed., but I'm sure we could get the # if we needed to. After reading others experiences, I'm wondering if we should even bother with Loews first at all. I would never book a room using their higher rates just to get milk & cookies or a bottle of wine. Also, neither of us are outspoken people, so if they don't offer it, we wouldn't ask. Should we even bother trying to get the # to use next week, then have the card replaced later, or is it not of any real value, if we only book at discounted rates? Thanks in advance for any info.

I only book discounted rates and I always get my amenities and credit for the stay. Although they are becoming more strict in enforcing the rules, I would call and get your Loews First number and try for the perks. The worst thing they can do is not give them to you.

We always get amenities at the RPH, and I also book discounted rates. I have also been upgraded because of my loews card.. I would definitely call and get a new one! Have a great trip!

Yes, call and get the #. I didn't get my amenities either w/ a discounted rate. However, my stay did qualify me for Gold Status for our next trip.
