The Cm I spoke with when I made my ADRs was really pushing this place. We have a japanese steakhouse here at home and we LOVE it. Ive heard pretty good reviews about this place, but not many people seem to be going there. In other words, I haven't heard much about it here on the boards, but the few things I have heard seemed good. Im only hesitant cause we have one at home and it might just be the same type of experience. In this case, I really don't want to spend my ts credits here. But if its extra special for some reason (besides the fact that its in epcot) then I might want to try it. KWIM?

We go here every trip, it is just part of Disney for us. We lived in Okinawa for a year, and find it very close to the Kobe restaurants there. We have several here at home, Teppan Edo just seems better to us. Lots of people on the board feel there hometown does it just fine.

We love it. I've been there many times. We took DNiece and DNephew on last trip, and they found it lots of fun too. I've gone w/ just adults too. The food is good - and I've eaten in Tokyo at a real Japanese steakhouse style place to compare.

I'm a bit sad not to be going here next month on our trip, but with 2 toddlers, I just won't risk the hot grill, so I'll have to wait until next time.

We enjoyed the extra Disney touches added to our meal preparation and the food was great.
Mmmm, now I'm hungry for some noodles.

We enjoy it very much in January and found it quite busy even though it had only just re-opened a few weeks prior.

Everything we ordered was well prepared and the service was as attentive and good as always.

Have fun if you should decide to go!

We've been there several time and really enjoyed food and entertainment :)

We have eaten at Teppan Edo many times but not since they renovated...it was always very good and we are going back in August to give it a try. We have awesome Japanese steakhouses by us, they give you fried rice, appetizer shrimp, salad and soup with all meals and in Epcot the do not give you any of that, you have to order it ala carte.
