Should we change our dates?

We are flying into CA (Palm Springs area) on Tuesday the 20, after 10pm. We're staying with family until April 2nd and have 3 day Hopper passes. We were planning on heading to Disneyland the next morning and be there Wed, Thur, Friday. We were hoping to maybe have smaller crowds by going that week instead of the next.

Now I'm questioning that logic. Would it make more sense to goi Mon, Tue, Wed the following week, March 26-28? There is actually more availability at the Super 8 we're staying at for the 2nd week.
