Should we avoid MK on MNSSHP?

I've read conflicting reports on this subject. We are not going to the party but we do want to go to MK that day, but I have a feeling we should avoid that day? What opinions are out there?

I was there during the MNSSHP last year but did not attend the actual party. I did not notice any increse of people during that time, and the park closes at 7 PM.

Never been but I would think that if I was going to a party I would not have that be a park day for the kids. Like when we go on our next trip we will do PPP I will make sure that day is a pool day and stuff no park.

I don't think there is any need to avoid MK. Mk closes early and unless you have a ticket (which they do check) you will be asked to leave. I don't MK during the day is any busier. Hope that helps.

With your MNSSHP ticket you can enter MK at 4pm. So you can enjoy the Magic Kingdom as is then at 7pm the music and theme change, which is pretty cool. So it's up to you... I will admit that Town Square gets a little busy between 6-7:30pm so avoid that.
