We are going Dec 23-27 and have a 4 day park hopper right now. It is only like $3 to upgrade my family of 3 to five days. But we would need to leave Disney probably by 3:30 or so to head back to the airport and wondering if its even worth going to the parks for a half day considering what the crowds are supposed to be like after Christmas? This isn't about money but more about will we feel that it was a good last day or will we feel rushed or agrivated trying to check out and get to the airport and all that?

Thanks!
Jes

All you need to do is ask yourself why the crowds on the LAST day would bother you any more than the crowds during the other days of your trip.

You are going to be in the MIDST of crowds the entire time.

What ELSE could you do for $3 (or even $30) per person that would be more fun?

Be sure and be there early, Early, EARLY... to maximize your fun.
And that goes for EVERY day of your trip.

Absolutely!! $3 x 3 people= $9 for entertainment for 6 1/2 hrs!! It is nice to have that option for another day :sunny:

You can go back to revisit some of your favorite attractions....

We did exactly what you would be doing on our trip to WDW last December. We had to leave the park by 3:00 or so to catch our flight that left around 5:30. We had no problems getting to the airport, etc. We were there around the middle of the month, but the crowds were decent and we were able to do alot on our last day. We spent it in the MK. We will be doing the same thing on our trip this August.
