Ok heres the deal, I have heard about this lady that apparently was very abusive to her step daughter, from what i was told she would lock the poor child in her room, made her do all the house work and under no circumstances was the child allowed to go out to public functions, She even made her wear hand me downs while the ladies 2 biological daughters were dressed in the finest and allowed to lounge, So what should we do? should i call somebody and turn her in or not? what do you think? does this treatment equal child abuse?

not yet, the drunk is going before the jury to take her chances. she refused the one plea optio nthe p a offerd her, so we will see what thejury ays, shesfighting based on the fact that i was not wear inga seat belt at the time( belt was damaged i was headed home to fix problem) says because of htat it wasnt vehicular battery. state says any dui that results in an injury accident is vehicular battery thing is if she had shown any form of reemorse, any sign of i messed up and i'm sorry you are hurt,, i would have let pa offer a lessor sentance offer during the plea stage. but shesat with her arms crossed and stared at me the whole time we w ere there. we go to jury stage july 7th or so and will seew hat happens.... related note,, best friend was pulled for jury pool for th trial..lol.. needless to say he has been released:) hes been registereeed to vote for 32 years ,, and this was the first time he has ever been called up
