If budget is not an issue, stay at the POR all six nights. The resorts are so close together, and you won't have to move rooms.

I would not do a split stay for a trip so short. You can easily walk over and still enjoy all those perks!

I would do the Royal Room and either walk or take the boat on down to POFQ. We plan on doing the same but in the opposite direction!

I would do 6 nights at POR..like the others have said..It is a short walk and is easier to stick to one room than moving to another

I agree with others, plus (although very short) you can take the boat from POR to POFQ. The boat was an unknown bonus and was used more times than probably otherwise necessary.

Thanks, everyone! That's what I am going to do. I've gone from a plan that involved lots of hopping to all the different moderate resorts to one that is much simpler.

It looks like we are going to do six nights at POR in a royal guest room and five nights at AKL.

Good thinking Everyone keeps talking about how good these beignets are. I'll have to try them when I visit this fall.
