should I worry?

My cousin and I were taking some picture yesterday, just joking around acting dumb. We had just gotten back from the gym, so we were in tank tops and exercise shorts, they were short but not 'booty shorts'. We were just acting dumb and playing and started taking pictures in the big mirrors on the exercise room walls . . . well I put them on my myspace, cause.. well I put like every picture of me and my friends on there. My boyfriend and I was talking last night.. and he was like, "oh yeahh.. I saw them picture's of you and holly" I was playing around and said "oh yeah, hot right, haha?" he was like "uhm yeah.. I don't know if I like those on your myspace for everyone to see." I didn't really know what to say, so I said "uhm well.. do you won't me to take them down". He said "oh it doesn't matter," then got really quite, so I changed the subject to something less awkward. He is definitely not the type of jealous controlling boyfriend. He's never been like that before, and I think it really bothered him. So I took them off. I know I'd get a little furious if he had pictures all over his of him without a shirt on, etc. Do you think he was being a little dramatic, and controlling.. or just being a good boyfriend? One of my friends told me to put them back up because they were cute, and he doesn't 'own' me. But it's just the fact that he's my boyfriend, and I respect that he doesn't like that. What do you think?

ETA: we weren't being 'skanky' or unappropriated. they were just regular pictures..

Personally, if anyone told me they didn't think the pictures were quite appropriate, I'd probs take em down.

I don't think he's being controlling. He didn't demand you to take them down, he just politely told you his feelings about them. And you were just respecting his feelings by taking the pictures down.

No big deal.

I guess because some friends are telling me that he's being way controlling, when I know he's not. Or maybe I'm just to caught up in him to where I don't even see whats right in front of my eyes.

Guys like to think of their girlfriends, as innocent and faithful, and the fact that you put suggestive photos on your myspace probably upset him because he doesn't want other guys looking at you like you are a piece of meat. He is protecting you and he is worried that another guy will want you.
