Should I try and change my CP date or not?

Okay, I have my plan, have had it for months. I planned on CP on Friday December 6th - thinking that that evening more people would take in MVMCP, since it's not everyday like CP is. Now I am wondering if people will do CP because they aren't paying extra for MVMCP.

Am I hitting a bad night? I can try and switch to Dec 5, but I haven't the slightest idea if any packages are available or if my restaurant of choice is avilable either.

Am I having single digit countdown paranoia? Or are my worries justified?

Huh? ;) I'm going with the countdown paranoia! ;)

You'll be fine. You've made your plans all should be well. The CP is generally heavily attended regardless of day of the week or what is going on elsewhere in the parks.

Don't rethink your choice. If you already have a package reserved, you are guaranteed a seat at the performance specified as long as you show up 1/2 an hour before the performance. You will be fine!

You will be fine. Where are your dinner reservations for CP? You will love the show, it is beautiful. Also don't forget your 15% discount on shopping in all WS shops and Mousegears the day of your CP reservation!

We've gone the last 4 years and I've always thought that CP is more of a listening experience than a visual one, so any seat in the theater is good. Don't worry! I know how you feel, we're going Dec 6 to 13 and I keep looking at my itinerary and wondering if I should move stuff around! We're seeing CP on Sunday night, Dec 8.

Hi, I'm also going to CP (Le Cellier) on 12/6. We have a party of six, then tried to add two more, as we found out that other DVC friends would be there at the same time. Well, in August, they could not accomodate the change. So, if I were you, I wouldn't cancel anything, since I imagine it would be nearly impossible to get the dinner package now if it was so hard in August.

Just my thoughts!

We are eating at Restaurant Marrakesh for the first time with our CP package. We have done the CP package before, but I think it's definitely a case of single digit paranoia.

You will be fine, you are pretty much garenteed a seat with the package, so don't worry about it.
