Should I stick with Apple Strollers? Recent experiences?

That's exactly how I was too. After reading everything again (unless I missed posts with a negative experience) it seemed like it was only a couple of people who had problems which made me feel better. At first I thought it was a lot more then that and then I realized it was just posted across multiple websites by the same person.

I called a couple times before our trip and that definitely helped me feel better.

I'm pretty sure I'm the person you're referring to who posted on multiple websites :) Fwiw, I saw 3 other people with the same experiance. Which is I'm sure not many at all considering how many people likely have used them.

I will admit, I'm pissed that they told me they had no strollers until 11/19, yet you paid after I would have and got a stroller in that same time frame! Of course this has nothing to do with you - I just don't understand how they decided who to cancel, and why they lied to me.

Regardless, we got a wonderful stroller from Kingdom and had a great trip.

You might be, I can't remember the name of the poster right now. I just remember reading multiple posts across multiple sites that were all very similar in the wording which had me thinking they were by the same person since the user names were similar too. Either way I can definitely understand your frustration though, especially so close to your trip. :( I'm glad it worked out in the end and you were able to book through Kingdom strollers and get a rental for your trip. :)

I'd be annoyed too. Did you book right before your trip? I wonder if that may have been why they canceled your order. We booked in October a little over a month before our arrival date so it wasn't really far in advance but not super close either.

Oh wow! That's crazy that they canceled your order when you booked that far in advance, especially since they kept orders that people booked after you. :(

Did they tell you why they cancelled your order or just that there weren't any strollers available?

They told me they had no strollers available on my checkin date (11/16) and in fact wouldn't have any until 11/19. He blamed me for not paying.

They said that they had alot of people booking basically to get a price quote who didn't end up using them so they had no way to keep track of if they had enough strollers. Since I "never paid" they were cancelling me because "everyone else" had paid. I pointed out that I was told multiple times both over email and the phone that I just needed to pay 3 days in advance, but he pretty much ignored that.

When I called back and spoke to someone else they confirmed that they were cancelling the people who hadn't paid, OR who paid most recently.

I'm so sorry to hear that. :( That's terrible that told you no strollers were available on 11/16. We we're suppose to get ours on 11/17 and since we ended up going down a day earlier I asked about the possibility of adding another an extra day to ours and they said it shouldn't be a problem, just to give them a call if I needed it. I'm glad we didn't need that extra day now because I have a feeling we wouldn't have been able to get it.
