Should I reserve a table for 3 or 4 with a baby?

Title says it all.

When i'm making my dining reservations, do I need to reserve a table for 3 or should I include the baby even though he isn't eating?

I know he doesn't count for the dining plan so I didn't know if he counted in terms of seating arrangements.

Yes you need a reservation for 4.
