So....I bought a Leslie Samsone dvd called Four Fast Miles. Supposedly, you walk and jog this far throughout the course of the tape. The first mile is 15 minutes per mile pace, the second one is 12, the third is 10, and the last mile is 15 minutes. I was just curious......can I count it as a four mile walk/run workout and should I just count it as a crosstraining/cardio exercise.
