Should I panic? Still waiting on confirmation from Park Savers....

I received an emailed receipt and vouchers the same day I bought them (last Wednesday), but STILL have not heard from them at all since. I called 2 different numbers, and got no where with them today. Tomorrow I'm officially panicking. They have over $2200 of my money, and I'm feeling ripped off. A phone call to my credit card company may be in order.
I understand your panic but I seriously doubt they are ripping you off. Before I bought from them, I did research here on the Dis and found not one person who had a problem with receiving the codes. My guess is there is some type of error, whether it be on their end or yours (like a pp mentioned, did you check your junk/spam folder?). Regardless, I hope you get it all straightened out quickly.

I bought tickets from ParkSavers in December. It took about 4 days to get my codes, but I was able to link them to MDE no problem.

If we plan to go to WDW in 2017 and 2019, can we buy tickets from PS for both trips now to lock in savings? Do the tickets have an expiration date? Do I link all codes to MDE as soon as I receive them, and the ones not used in 2017 will still be there for the future trip(s)?

1. As things look NOW, yes.
2. The new ONE-DAY tickets do expire. We don't know if Disney is going to be issuing expiring multi-day tickets or not.
3. You can. Put the tickets for 2019 under fake names in your MDE (like "Joe 2019" and "Jill 2019") so that they won't get accidentally used until such time as you transfer them back into your real names when you are ready to use them.

Thanks! However, just read the following on the PS web page for their 3-, 5- and 6-day Park Hoppers:
"TICKETS ARE VALID NOW THROUGH DEC. 31ST, 2016."

And this for their 7- and 8-day Park Hoppers:
"FOR USE NOW - DEC. 31ST, 2018."

Seems like tickets from PS do have expiration dates (either 2016 or 2018), unlike direct multi-day tix from Disney that don't expire. Anyone happen to know if tickets from UT have expiration dates?

Thank you for the suggestion, but I've been checking my junk mail numerous times per day. Hopefully today is the day they'll arrive. .

UT tickets are regular WDW tickets, printed and issued by WDW.
UT do not list an expiration date.

Okay, finally got ahold of someone. They apologized and said that Disney had not yet forwarded our codes. They're contacting Disney now to get it worked out. I'm a little surprised. I thought they already had their own stock, but I guess not. Regardless, I'm praying I see them in my inbox soon! :)

Please clarify. Sounds like you're saying that WDW and UT multi-day tickets do not expire. So are PS tickets cheaper because WDW issues tickets to them with expiration dates? And I cannot buy PS tickets (but UT tickets are okay) to lock in savings for a 2019 trip?

WDW and UT tickets do not expire until 14 days after they're used for the first time.

But what do the 2016 and 2018 dates refer to?
I know one of the dates they mentioned on their site was for the voucher expiring. Meaning you had to either exchange the voucher or input the code into MDE before that date. It was a 2016 date. But that was for 7 day hoppers. It did mention a Dec 2018 expiration for the tickets but I didn't worry or research/ask bc our trip is June and even if we had to change it, we would go before Dec 2018.

Have you check your junk folder ?

I received the vouchers fairly quickly, within a few hours, when I ordered on a Thursday. Received the codes the following Monday. I don't think they would sell the tix at that price if they didn't have any inventory. But if you haven't received the email with the vouchers, maybe call tomorrow during business hours....
I just called and they were emailed to an incorrect email address. Within minutes, the vouchers were in my inbox. Thank Goodness!
