I understand your panic but I seriously doubt they are ripping you off. Before I bought from them, I did research here on the Dis and found not one person who had a problem with receiving the codes. My guess is there is some type of error, whether it be on their end or yours (like a pp mentioned, did you check your junk/spam folder?). Regardless, I hope you get it all straightened out quickly.I received an emailed receipt and vouchers the same day I bought them (last Wednesday), but STILL have not heard from them at all since. I called 2 different numbers, and got no where with them today. Tomorrow I'm officially panicking. They have over $2200 of my money, and I'm feeling ripped off. A phone call to my credit card company may be in order.
