Don't even sweat it!
We had a four day visit over Labor Day weekend in 2015 and, thumbing my nose at all conventional crowd calendar wisdom, I deliberately scheduled our days for the parks with EMH in order to fully maximize our time. We overslept a little on our AK day and it was fine. We went hard on our MK and Epcot days and they were fine. We were at HS on Labor Day for the last day of Frozen Summer Fun and even then we did fine, as long as we stayed nimble while amidst a sea of Land Rover strollers. We stayed hydrated, we snacked when necessary, we used the Lines app, we sat down and people-watched when we could bear no more.
Best vacation ever.
(For the next one, though, we had to bring the kids.)
