Should I need a Fantasmic DP for mid-September?

Should I need a DP for this time of year. I just don't relish standing in a long line with 2 young kids.

Second question, if "yes" how do I go about asking if anybody has any to trade or give up? I just called and they are sold out at every restaurant. I know this is very last minute, but it is first trip and even though I booked other ADRs at 180 days out, I didn't know about Fantasmic until recently. thanks,

We went last Sep and only area avail was in the very, very top where the handicap area is roped off. We got in line WAY too late and the arena was packed full. It was disappointing being so far away so we did reserve Fantasmic Package this year. I personally thought we were going during the down time but still found the parks/restaurants fairly full.
