Go for lunch. So much easier to get a reservation plus the price is better. I'd only go to dinner to see The Beast tbh. Tho... I wish it was a meet and greet with both Belle and the Beast.

I used the cancellation thread on this board to get a reservation about 2 weeks prior to my trip once. I know a lot of people use the TP reservation finder, but it's probably only good if you are actually sitting at your computer when you get the notification. You can coordinate better using the cancellation thread IMO.

I am trying to snag a BOG dinner ADR and i have used Touring Plans to find one. I was on my computer when my mail dinged! The perfect day and time. I went right to it and of course, it was gone. Again. Do people really have luck with this?

Do you get notified via text? If so, click through the link in the text (don't go via your computer, which will slow you down). The link will take you straight to the reservation you want.

I will persevere! It is encouraging to hear that so many people have been successful. I usually try via the link first and if it says it has already been snapped up then I go into MDE. I will try to check MDE more often, most than 3-4 x per day. I was successful with Tutto Italia. And I DID try checking just a few days out from here and there was one available! Not for my dates, but it is encouraging. My sisters and I ate there when it first opened in 2012 and we had a wonderful meal. Hopefully, we can have a repeat of that!

Just for more encouragement, I got my BOG lunch reservation today after being notified by TP. This is probably the fifth notification I received over the past 45 days, but I was finally able to snag it!!
