Should I just buy the tix??

I have been waiting for a cheap airfare from Louisville to MCO for months!! Nothing has come down! $224 rt each. Delta and SW are the exact same price! I know some will think this is cheap but in all actuality this is the highest we've ever paid to fly to MCO. I guess we've been really lucky.

We will be flying out Oct. 17 and returning Oct. 24. I'm getting really antsy at this point because I've always bought our tix before now. We are less than 3 months away and I keep thinking the rates are going to start going up anytime now. I keep waiting for SW to run a fantastic e-mail special every week and every week SDF to MCO is not one of the specials!!! I know as soon as I book these tickets they will run a special!

Should I just bite the bullet and buy the dang tickets now?

If you are going to fly SWA, then buy their tickets. They don't charge for changes so if the flight goes down you will receive credit for future travel (some people have reported getting refunds). If it is on Delta, keep in mind they are very picky about credits, changes and refunds.

Thanks Gail! I didn't realize that SW didn't charge for changes. I know Delta will issue vouchers sometimes but that's a hassle too.
