should I change anything? Is it too much?

Have thought and rethought, and made countless changes, and still am not 100% sure. Is it too much food? Had wanted to try The Wave, and Flying Fish, but can't fit them in unless I cancel something, as we are not big eaters. Should I cancel something for either, or should I just stick with what I have?

I would keep what you have and if your plans change you could always try to get in to the Wave or the Flying Fish. You can easily cancel ADR's while you are there.
