Should I cancel TTC and book Happy?

I've read some negative comments about Tiffany as of late. We've used them in thepast with no problem, but should I be cancelling Tiffany and booking Happy Limo? I went to Happy Limo's website but did not see any vans. There are 6 of us. Is there anything between a sedan and a stretch limo? I don't really want to pay $160. Any comments on either Tiffany or Happy would be appreciated. Thanks.

call 1-888-394-4277 I have read too many people that have had too many problems. I think it stems from getting to big too fast and contracting out to less than reliable people which is hurting TTC.

It is for trips to the port, but if you mention you saw them on my website, there might be a discount for WDW (would probably be less, since it is a less expensive trip). We have used them many times now and they have always been reliable...always right there waiting for us.

I have used Tiffany in the past but after reading a few posts of people never picked up at the airport and TTC not responding to emails even after people confirmed their ride,I wouldn't want to be the one left with no ride.

We have used TTC services as well and have always had a pleasant experience with them...they were always on time, waiting for us and very pleasant in conversation also...I think people are just bound to have different experiences with them depending on a number of things. That is why we have these boards...to hear opinions on things, different or the same!!

All I can comment on are the experiences that I have had. I have used other towncar services and while the service was reliable, the driver was not always the most pleasant. I have NEVER had a BAD Tiffany Town Car service! Always on time and very courteous. I only recommend to my clients something I know is good and have never had a bad comment about Tiffany (only raves, esp about Brian) I've had clients go to WDW and Port Canaveral in towncars and vans and never heard a peep about any problems.

The Towncar business in Orlando is one of the most cut-throat enterprises there. Pete has told me stories that I couldn't believe. About businesses stealing other's customers when they recognize a driver with a sign as working for business X, they check the name on the card and then go and have the customer paged to meet them at a different place (this happened to one of our moderators). Of course business X thought the client was a no-show so don't go back to pick them up to return them to the airport and then there are ticked off clients who then won't use the business of company X again and make comments on boards.
Now PLEASE don't think I am talking about anyone here, because I am not! I am only talking about someone I know this happened to and she has been very sorry that she did so. She had no idea she was swindled by this other company.

Now remember that no one is perfect, but if you have a problem, take the proper steps to have it corrected, call the company in question and give them a chance to make it right. And just take everything you read with a grain of salt (including my post if you like ) but be aware that Pete has thoroughly checked out personally every company that advertises here and he has literally turned away dozens of towncar businesses because they did not meet his high expectations.

has shown themselves to be a high quality outfit. The only time I had a problem was the day the owners father passed away, and they were scrambling. I still made my flight, and they made it up to me the next trip.

No doubt it's a cutthroat business there - there's also a Tiffany's towncar in the phone book - now tell me THAT wasn't an attempt to steal business.

LvsTnk, in the first place I would NEVER recommend something that I did not believe in and resent the implication.

When other companies choose to register "fake names" and pretend to be happy clients, and it has happened MANY times, it is time to step in. Yes Tiffany is an advertiser here and they pay a lot of money to do so, allowing others to falsely advertise their own business is NOT allowed.

I have used Tiffany 5 or 6 times and will use them next week again for my WDW/Cruise vacation and expect to be as happy as I have been on each of my other trips.
