I am suppose to go with my sister and niece and one of my niece's friends to DW 12/18 - 12/22. Now my DH says that his mom want to celebrate Christmas on 12/18 (the Saturday before Christmas).

I am also going 10/20 - 10/24 with DH, and my two DD. I was mainly going in December so that my sister would have another adult. Her daugher is 13, so she will pretty much only be around to collect cash and for meals.

What should I do?

Isn't there another date that she can have Christmas?? I know if I was going to Disney (or anywhere) with just two kids I'd Really like another adult there with me.

Why don't you explain to your MIL that you made a commitment to your sister and don't feel right about backing out. If she's a reasonable person she'll understand. Barring an emergency I don't think it would be right to back out on your sister.

::yes:: ITA! You should definitely not cancel on your sister! You guys already had plans prior to your MIL making her plan. I would just explain to her that you had prior arrangements and see if she can change hers, otherwise, tell them to have a good time without you and you'll see them when you get back!

Have fun! There's no one other than my DS(9) that I'd rather be at Disney World with than my DSis!

::yes:: I agree. Since you had the WDW plans first, explain to your MIL and go.
