Should I cancel the reservation

Hi,

We're a month away from our trip, and I'm not sure what to do about a couple of reservations I have.

We are traveling from SFO and connect in Chicago. We have a 59 minute connection (it was 1:16 when we booked it - they made the first flight longer). We are on an early morning flight out of SFO, and should, if we make the connection arrive in Orlando around 5:30 I think.

I am currently holding 9:15 reservations at both Saana and Raglan road. (That late because I have to go buy a TIW card somewhere and DH will want a nap before dinner while I do that.

So, here's the issue. If we make the connection, no problem. However if we miss the connection, there is no way we can make the reservations because I think the next flight, assuming we can get on it, we'd miss the reservation. (There are other connections we can do if we see our SFO flight will be very late before we go, but no guarantees).

So the question - should I cancel Saana? I won't know til day of if we'll have a problem. I'd like to go there. Do you all think that we could just walk in to a late dinner?

Raglan is easier, that's through open table, so I can cancel that up to the last minute.

I'm thinking, if we can get a walk in to Saana, we should cancel the reservation - and maybe use MDE on the phone to see if we can re-reserve it if we make our connection. Hold onto Raglan just in case.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

I just went on the Disney website and there are reservations available for Sanaa 9pm for 3 weeks from today and the Friday before that. I think that you might be okay with canceling and then re-booking when you know you can make it. There is even a 9:15 on Thanksgiving so I think that late is not very popular.

I would cancel and book online as you travel that day and know all will be okay. I agree with the previous poster, i bet you're able to get in!
