Should I cancel something to try 50's PT?

I have our ADR's set, but I'm thinking of cancelling one to try 50's PT. Is it worth it? And of so, what should I cancel?

Right now we have LTT, Le Cellier, Boma, Coral Reef, Ohana, Crystal Palace, and Whispering Canyon.

Personally I would cancel Whispering Canyon in a heartbeat for 50's Prime Time!

So much is a matter of preference that it's hard to say. Who's going and what do they like to eat? Personally, PT is on our list but Boma and Ohana are not. My children will not eat or even try items they view as "weird" so any AKL restaurants are automatically out. They also love shakes and PT has great shakes. We tried Ohana last trip because we read rave reviews and were staying at the Poly anyway but we didn't really care for it. My boys were a bit older and didn't want to participate in the racing and we found the meat a bit tough. Again, personal preference goes a long way.

I'm convinced! I'll ask DD to pick between WCC and Ohana, and then cancel the other and add 50's. I'm excited! It's fun to try new places and I feel like we have our favorites now and rarely branch out. So this should be fun!

My kids don't care for the antics at WCC, so I'd personally cancel that one. My kids both love Ohanas, though -- have you eaten there before? Not sure if you have kids going, but mine love the coconut race (I assume you're going for dinner.....). Oh, and yes, I'd cancel WCC for 50's PT. The food is good at 50's and it also looks like you could use an ADR for HS. Have fun!

Yeah, we've done both WCC and Ohana. DD loves WCC more than any other restaurant (I don't get it either!) I have to book it each trip. Ohana we went to a few years ago and I hated it. Didn't like the food and the service was the worst we've ever had at Disney. But DD apparently has fond memories of the dancing, so I booked it again hoping for the best.

In the end, she decided today that we must keep WCC, so I cancelled Ohana and booked 50's. I'm really looking forward to it! Now I'm hoping we can try some new CS meals too.

My first thought agreed exactly with the second poster--we don't like WCC. 50s Prime Time is lots of fun. I'd cancel WCC in a heartbeat....or Crystal Palace.

Glad you got it figured out, and it sounds like you did exactly what is right for your family. As a side note, I do the same as you regarding booking meals because the kids like it -- SciFi is a prime example. I just can't get a good meal there, but yet I keep booking it because my kids love eating there!
Well I hope you enjoy 50's -- the food is really good there, sort of like a home cooked meal.

We haven't done 50's Prime Time in years--but we always had a blast and pretty good food. I would cancel Whispering Canyon Cafe in a heartbeat. I found it overrated as far as entertainment and the barbecue skillet was awful (DH got sick on the ribs/chicken--the only two items I didn't try).
