Should I cancel Ohana?

I have a reservation for 9:45 12/9, would love an earlier time so I'll keep searching. But if I don't have luck how fresh is the food going to be since they close at 10? Or is Ohana a unique experience being one of the last tables?

I only eat at Ohana post 930 bc it's significantly quieter, less rushed, and less hectic. Food has always been fresh. They keep the grill going to well after 11. Def no need to worry

Rest easy. 'Ohana doesn't close at 10:00 - they last seat dinner guests at or close to that time. Your food will be no different than at an earlier time. Enjoy!
