Should I cancel my Le Cellier Lunch ADR?

Okay - I am looking for opinions. I know I will have to make the decision myself based on all that we have going on but......

I got an ADR for Le Cellier Lunch at 2:30 the first week of May. It will be our first time trying Le Cellier.

Here are my issues:

We are going to Epcot on the previous Sunday and we aren't huge fans of Epcot because we have a little Autistic guy who last year would shout "NOT THE BIG BALL" when he saw where we were going. If I keep the reservation we will probably hang at the resort and relax a bit and then head over to Epcot at noon?

I would probably get the Mushroom Filet but I would love those cream cheese potatoes and they only have them at dinner. I have read here you can not get them at lunch. I don't see any Chicken entrees on the Lunch menu either ( I know, it's a steakhouse:goodvibes ).

Also, I have heard it is very cramped? That is why I though lunch would be better.

I think I will call and see if I can get an early dinner:rotfl: Yes that will happen. Actually, if people are canceling because they no longer have the Maple Filet - it might happen.

Well any thoughts would be appreciated. Should we pick somewhere else or just try it out?

We are also doing Coral Reef, CP, Boma, Ohana's on the DDP.

Thanks in advance.

Personally, we like LC, but think it's really overrated. We've had decent meals there, but nothing spectacular. We prefer others over LC. The ambiance is neat, but it is crowded and small.

To divert DS's atention to the BIG BALL, I suggest entering through the back International gateway entrance. Take the bus to the Studious and the boat to Epcot. Entering through the back will put you very close to Canada and keep the Ball spottings to a minimum.:thumbsup2

Thanks, that is good to know!
