Is it worth the $60 more in price.

we do eat out and spend money at gift shops but won't use the parking.;)

There are only 2 of us and our meals will prob be $20-30ish. We will be there for 2 1/2 days next week.

will probably go back sometime late next year
;)

First have one get a premium and the othe deluxe. Only one of you needs to get the premium to get the discounts!

I found the savings at the stores/resturaunts for the premium AP to be substantially better. I think our savings at Blue Bayou made the difference all in one fell swoop!!!

That is a decision you have to make. If you plan on eating at the resturants or shoping enough, you can make the 60.00 bucks back. You'll have to look at the discounts and try to guess if you will get 60.00 off in discounts.

For us, it wasn't worth it. For the most part the 10-15percent off didn't get me near 60.00 for the 3 trips I planned to make in the year. We don't eat at the places that offer discounts and when we did, we would have only gotten 6-7 dollars off. And I don't plan on eating at those places 10 times. I don't shop, so the shopping discount was no big deal for us.

We do our Disneyland trips on a budget, we are a family of 4, so to be able to go 3-4 times a year I have to work w/ a small budget. So I take a bunch of food to cut those cost, thus cutting the discounts.

Good luck w/ your decision.

I guess I really need to figure out how many meals we will eat out. if its only 4-5 and those savings are only $3-5 per meal....then big whoop.

but the shopping.....hmmm....let me think about that one.....;) :p

We made out like a bandit on the shopping !

PAP comes with parking $35.00 more discounts as well as no blackout dates.

You left out the obvious! Are any of the days during your visit blacked out by the deluxe AP? If they are I would buy a PAP. Otherwise go with the deluxe.

Unless you are eating a big meal at Blue Bayou and shopping for everyone on your Christmas list at World of Disney only buy the PAP to enter the parks during the blackout days.

Don't forget to figure out the cost if you will be driving and using the parking garage.

I think parking is 8.00 a day. So if you will be driving, maybe buying one PAP will be better for the parking benifit.

We always stay within walking distance or take the shuttle, so parking isn't an issue for us.

We won't use the parking. and I am not buying 2 premium AP's. too much moula. so I would only buy 1 to get the discounts.....:)

If you have the Disney Club, there is a $20 discount on the premium annual pass.

I think the biggest thing is when you are planning trips. For us, the trips we would be planning pretty much ALL included black out dates, so the premium is the way we are going. (if we buy an AP)
