I Am Thinking About Purchasing At Ssr. What Should I Do? This Is All New To Me. Also, What Kinds Of Discounts Do You Get On Park Passes Being A Club Owner? And Lastly, How Hard Is It To Get A Reservation At A Hotel If You Can Only Book 7 Months In Advance?

An unusual compliment of first questions. Parking passes.... personally, we drove to WDW (the park) on our first couple visits there. Then we became DVC owners and we have always since taken DVC trasport (boat, bus, monorail) to the park. We never think about parking let alone getting a discount for it.

Booking at 7 months is dependant on the resort, type of room, and time of year. You can be assured that you can book at 7 months much of the year somewhere. I am assuming by Hotel you mean DVC resorts.

I would suggest you stick around (lurk) and ask more questions as they come to you (trust me, there are a lot more to come). Check out the DVC Operations board to get some ideas on why or why not to buy Disney vs. resale. Mostly, it is the same people posting, but the questions relate more to the actual process of buying and owning.
