I went to pick my tickets up from the travel agents yesterday and the travel agent told me they hadnt got my park tickets  she then printed off a peice of paper telling me to present it at any off the parks then they would give me the tickets :confused3 Has this happend to anyone before or should i ring virgin and check with them?

Which travel agent? Was it Thomas Cook?

Thomas Cook used to often use Keith Prowse for their park tickets. Since KP appears to have recently gone into administration it sounds like they could have issued you e-tickets instead. Try and find out who the tickets are booked through (TC does not sell tickets as such), but I can assure you it is very common now days for tickets to be collected at the park or at DTD with a voucher. It also means you don't have to worry about losing them or leaving them behind.

What is on the printed paper?
Last time we went with Virgin Holidays they didn't send real tickets out, I thought it was the same now, you get a voucher to hand in at any of the parks or Downtown Disney.

We booked with virgin and yes they just printed the voucher off on paper. It says its booked with attraction world.com :)

In which case, as per Wayne's post. :) Are you all ready for your trip now? :yay:

Yeah i think im all ready now :goodvibes No doubt there will be a few things i have forgotten or need to ask about :rotfl: I carnt wait now im so excited :woohoo: I carnt beleive its only a week away :cloud9: :cheer2:
