Should I be nervous?

I booked on-line last night, used Visa card for deposit.
Called today to have Visa code applied, added dining plan.
Check my reservation tonight on-line, and :eek: now under Park Tickets, it says NULL.
.....no mention of the MYW w/Park Hopper & water parks
.....no mention of MYW w/Dining
....all my flight info there, except departure times all 3AM (wrong)
.... :eek:
....I hate to call and "bother" Disney again, but that's exactly the way that I felt today when the CM sounded tired and I asked if it had been a long day (it was 6:30pm her time). She said, "Well I started at 2:45, but I'm not getting any new reservations. All the calls seem to be people booking on line that have questions or want to change something", "Kinda like you".
:eek: Excuse me!! Oh dear. So I felt guilty, but didn't take much of her time - maybe 5 minutes.
I need a hug :hug:

Don't feel guilty! If you have a question, call! You are a paying customer and she is getting paid to help you. All CM's are supposed to be helpful, friendly, and well, make your day "magical." She should do everything she can to ease your mind and ensure that everything for your upcoming vacation is perfect. Also, she had no right to say that. Ease your mind and call back. And I hope that it's just a computer mistake! Have a fabulous vacation! pixiedust:

I will call back, maybe after the new code frenzy has settled :hyper: , and I'll be sure not to ask how their day is going!!

No, don't worry. I have MYW plus dining, hoppers and all that good stuff too., My says null too. I called and checked and it was all right. Don't worry. I have called no less than 10 times to check one thing or another. I feel that planning this trip is now my part time job!!! :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc:

I guess if they didn't want us calling so often, they'd make the on-line site more interactive! (And more accurate) :badpc:

Planning gives me a headache :crazy2: , but also, PLANNING IS HALF THE FUN OF GETTING THERE!!!! pixiedust: :banana:

It's good to know that there are others there who feel that planning for a WDW vacation is a job!
 
Just went on to check me reservation (again) & my ticket is back to NULL. I am beginning to wonder what is going on. So far I have received 5 confirmation letters from WDW, don't know why since I haven't changed anything!! I jsut don't like seeing the word "NULL"!! :worried:

MINE TOO!!! I have gotten probably 10 confirmation letters from WDW!! Online my tickets just say NULL!!! But I guess our letters are our "guarantee in writing!" :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
