I ordered passports for my family of 6. After a little over a wk I checked on line and they all said thank you for applying that they would be processed. They all gave a confirmation number but I didn't write it down since I figured I could access it on the site anytime. Then I got an email for all 6 of them saying they were being processed. Then I got 5 emails saying they were done and were being mailed. So I went to the site and started looking each one up to see which one wasn't done yet figuring it would be my oldest dds because I had to fill out the special form for only one parent for her. Hers was fine but when I tried to pull up my 3yos hers is now saying there is no record of it. Now this freaks me out since I know they had it, I'm afraid someone messed up and it's lost. I did call 3 days ago and they looked it up and said it was there but taking longer. But it's still showing they don't have record of it online and that bothers me. It's been about 4 days and the others have all arrived now yet still no email saying hers is done. Why would it now say no record when it was origionally showing.
