Should I aviod MK this weekend due to the parade taping?

We are arriving on Saturday for 8 days and I have no interest in seeing the Parade taping. Will the MK be a nightmare because of it, or will the rides be open because everyone is at the parade taping??

Any thoughts and help are appreciated.

Yes it will be crowded. I would go to another park and then go to the MK when the parade taping isn't happening.

I plan on avoiding MK this weekend due to the parade taping. I think the only reason to go then would be to see the taping - otherwise it's better to avoid the crowds and visit MK another day. At least, that's my plan.

I'll be there but I was in the world on New Years and it doesn't get busier than that! Sat night the park is open late AND the Christmas season is here, so local will come too, it should be busy. If you do not like the crowds, the weekends are not good MK days for you.

I wouldn't worry about it. The area where they are taping tends to get crowded but the rest of the park should be fine. Besides, you can get on TV if that's your thing. It's also kind of interesting to see how they tape the parade. Other than that, it's kinda boring.
