Is there a Champs Elysees in Epcot? This adventurous senior would love a mandatory ecv law at WDW. Might even help pay for his trip.

Just an idea, but how bout themed ECVs? I could go for a Steam Punk one, particularly if it had an actual steam whistle. You could have pirate ones, Star Wars ones, etc.
