i have rented a vacation home in reagency park on rt 27 and close to rt 192 any short cuts to the disney parks other than taking rt 192 ?

Take 192 and you can make a left on Black Lake Road and by pass 192 then a left on Sherberth Rd. that will take you the back way into Animal Kingdom and the other Disney Parks. I hope that helps! :yay:

Not heard of a reagency park on 27 but there is a Legacy Park could this be where you mean?
If so go straight across 27 from the entrance and follow Florence Villa Grove Road to the end.Turn left here and you will hit 192 opposite Avalon Road where you can choose either to rturn east on 192 and go to SherberthRoad as Black Lake Road had a very nasty junction with Sherberth and then onto Osceola Parkway and the park areas and I-4 or you can go straight over 192 and follow Avalon turn right at Hartzog and then enter the Disney area via the west entrance -it depends on where you are going whether this route will be of use to you.One thing to bear inmind if you use Avalon parts of it may be still unmade and if you have a hire car you may not be covered if you have an accident as it may be classed as off road.

Is the new Western Way access road open now? (I heard it was)..off of the western beltway road that just opened in Dec? I drove right past it when we went out to the Walmart on 27 in Jan...and it looked open..I just haven't taken it. I also went by the "Western Way" road while driving around the WDW resort, which is where I assume it lets you on to the WDW property.

From 27 & 192 I think you could take that route into WDW...would be a lot quickly than coming all the way down to Sherberth...wouldn't it?

Western way goes n-s and the avalon route takes you underneath it as Avalon is before the 429 turn off from192 ,so it may well be swings and roundabouts. The road is open from 192 north and has been for a while- the road south opened in early dec we drove it when we were there .
