HI
Just wondering if it's ok to wear nice shorts and tops to Palo for bunch and shorts and tropical tops for mex/tropical night?
Thanks:cool:

Palo is generally more formal even during the brunch. I would wear a nice polo and slacks.

As for the Mexican and tropical dinners in the general restaurants, festive shorts and shirts are encouraged.

The suggested dress at Palo is the same every night. I actually ate there on tropical night on our last cruise, and the dress was the same as always. I went with jacket and tie. After dinner, you can change into tropical garb for the deck party.

For brunch, they suggest "resort casual." I'm not sure if that means shorts are allowed. I can't remember seeing any, though that doesn't mean nobody wore them.

I don't think shorts are allowed in Palo for any meal, including brunch, tea, or tropical night.

I don't think that shorts are "recommended attire" in ANY of the dining rooms - even on tropical night.

You can get away with shorts on tropical night in the regular dinner rooms. Palo is a no no for shorts.

No shorts at Palo, even for brunch. The dress then is "resort casual".

You definitely CAN wear shorts on tropical night in the dining room (not Palo); our servers encouraged it and plenty of men wore tropical shirts and shorts that night. :)
