I work in retail, and it is against the rules to take any vacation or personal days in November or December. Plus almost all Saturdays are required to work days. Now I would love to see the Christmas decorations at Disney! So I am thinking I could pull off a short, 2 night, trip next year. I would be able to fly out Wednesday afteroon afternoon and fly back home Friday. My main goal would be to see the lighting cememony at Epcot and to visit the Magic Kingdom. My dad would be my partner in crime. Does anyone have any tips or advice they would share with me? I am thinking of staying at the Beach Club in order to be close to Epcot. :sunny:

How "flexible" are your managers? By that I mean, if you're not asking for the day off. . . would they let you request certain shifts? You could always try and work an open shift on Tuesday and fly to Orlando that evening and then request a closing shift for Friday and fly home that morning giving you a little extra time to see and do things.
