Short, but blessed trip March 22-26

After planning a long and expensive trip for my 40th birthday in March, the trip was canceled due to cut backs at my DH job. We are blessed that he is still employed! We are going to cross our fingers and go for a short, value resort, 2 park stay 3/22-3/26. (MK & EPCOT). My birthday is the 25th, a definite MK day! Driving in on the 22nd & driving home on 26th. We will not book until Feb. So not sure which Value Resort we will end up with. WHO CARES, right! WE ARE GOING! What I need is up to date info. I stopped following all Disney news when we canceled last fall. I have NEVER gone not planned. We will add quick service dinning. Guess I need as much advice as I can get.Need to get up to date fast! THANKS!

You should probably post this in Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies as opposed to Disney Promotions and Celebrations, probably get more traffic. But I do agree with any value is great because it's Disney. I would sleep on the sidewalk outside of MK if that meant more time at Disney.
